Koupila jsem synovi košili, ale střihem mu neseděla, proto jsem ji chtěla druhý den vrátit. Obchod nevrací peníze ani nenabízí možnost nabití karty pro následný prodej. Navíc výběr zboží není příliš velký.

Nikdy neobjednávejte. Objednávka měla být doručena na adresu, dopravce DPD ji dodal jinam a pak omylem bez zpětného doručení zaslal zpět někam do Polska. TATO FIRMA VŮBEC NEREAGUJE NA STÍŽNOSTI!

Poučte své zaměstnance ať nepoužívají výmluvu - to byl asi někdo nový.Každý zaměstnanec by měl mít správné informace.Zřejmě máte na každé prodejně jiná pravidla
