Velmi špatná zkušenost s provedenou montáží, lešení postavili nekompletní. Hrozilo, že se tam pracující lidi zabijou pádem. Lešení nebylo provedeno v souladu s předpisy BOZP - NV č. 362/2005Sb. a ČSN 73 8101. Lešení vykazovalo nedostatky v kompletnosti kolektivní ochrany proti pádu…
