Nemohu posuzovat kvalitu prodávaného zboží, ale zcela jistě mohu vyhodnotit chování při převzetí zakázky do opravy. Paní se opakovaně chová nadřazeně a drze. Dává jasně najevo, že drobné opravy jsou na obtíž.
