Velmi nepříjemný a arogantní pán. Na to, že mu tam chodí starší lidé, lidé špatně slyšící, tak je dost netrpělivý a neuctivý. Dává najevo jak všechno ví nejépe, nenechá staršího člověka popsat problém, že technik ví nejlépe co je se sluchátkem potřeba. S jeho chováním jsem byla velmi nespokojena.

dnes jsem byl v Adio centru . Potřeboval jsem seřídit naslouchátku. Setkal jsem se ochotou a velmi dobrou kvalitní prácí.
