Objekt lze pronajmout pouze vcelku jedné osobě nebo skupině. Platba pouze převodem na účet. Rezervace po zaplacení 50% zálohy. Doplatek do 30 dnů před pobytem. Období červenec a srpen pouze týdenní pobyty. Nástup od 14:00, odchod dle typu pobytu. Kauce 2 000 Kč vrací se pokud nedojde k poškození. Gril musí být vrácen čistý, jinak poplatek 500 Kč.

Nedoporučuji jezdit autem až dolů. Cesta je blátivá a z parkoviště je obtížné vyjet.V zimě zase problém s ledem na cestě. Objekt je ale čistý a stále se vylepšuje. Jen na některém vybavení jako sporák, je vidět stárnutí.
