V žádném případě nedoporučuji.Objednala sem komodu,přišla otlučena,nožičky rozlámané.Poslala sem fotky a vypsala reklamační tiskopis.Reakce byla,že mi vrátí za zboží které bylo celé poškozené 180 Kč, prostě výsměch. Po několika týdením dohadování vrátili 400 Kč i když sem psala,že…

Velká nespokojenost s firmou Helcel, ohledně řešení reklamace zboží. Nabídnutá finanční kompenzace je výsměch. Nikdy více žádné zboží u Helcel nábytek nekoupíme a ostatním to také nedoporučuji.
