Naprosto katastrofální přístup k zákazníkům. Přišla jsem požádat, zda lze vrátit svetr, který jsem dostala k Vánocům a škrábal. Majitel i prodavačka mě seřvali jak malé děcko, co si vůbec dovoluju se na něco takového ptát, že v tomto obchodě se rozhodně zboží nevrací, a vyhnali mě…
