Absolutně neprofesionální přístup, takový jsem dlouho nezažil. Když mi pán zvedl telefon, mluvil ještě asi minutu zároveň s někým jiným. Jakmile se uráčil pustit mě ke slovu, odmítl mi odhadnout aspoň přibližnou cenu čalounění a nakonec když jsem řekl, že je to pro kamaráda z Rakouska…
