Postup při reklamaci: po zaslání reklamovaného zboží (telefonu) poštou 25 dní žádná zpráva (prý se mě jednou snažili dovolat ale tím to skončilo). Poté pokus telefonického dotazu, na obou kontaktních číslech v pracovní době nikdo. Na dotaz e-mailem odpověď že je reklamace vyřízena…
