Zboží mi přišlo poničené, i když krabice, v které bylo zabalené, byla v pořádku. Poslala jsem fotky zboží, odpověď jsem dostala až po připomenutí. Posílala jsem další fotky, aby bylo lépe vidět poničení zboží, odpovědi jsem se opět dočkala po připomenutí. Nakonec slíbili, že peníze…
