Pan Vrátník je ochotný, pokud potřebujete zásah za tisíce. Jakmile máte jen drobnou opravu, máte smůlu. Nejhorší je že vám stále slibuje, jak se zastaví, jakmile se mu udělá někde mezera a vy čekáte a čekáte. Nám sliboval 2 roky, než nám došla trpělivost. Říci na rovinu: Tato zakázka se mi nehodí; neumí.
