Typický sídlištní barák s nulovou atmosférou. Bufet otevírá sotva 30 minut před koncertem a většina návštěvníků tedy nemá šanci cokoli si zakoupit. Pro kulturní akce je KD Vltava jen nouzovým řešením, nic víc.
