We operate a museum showing the history of the region from prehistory to the present day. We run an exhibition of town history and vernacular architecture with interpretation of the history. We exhibit collections, Czech toys and glass and other objects from the Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque, Enlightenment to the 19th and 20th centuries.

Klatovské vlastivědné muzeum jsme rádi navštěvovali už jako kluci, kde nás přímo fascinovala velká hrací skříň hned u vchodu a vitríny se zbraněmi a vojenskými uniformami. A venku na ulici byl vždy velký zájem o "včelku štěstí", která je i dnes řádně ohmataná, asi hlavně od dětí z okolních škol.😊
