V tomto servisu si v životě už neobjednám letní kola, protože vám tam čínský který mi vydržely rok a při jízdě se ty kola třepotají! Dále pán je arogantní a nezáleží jim co chce zákazník, ale co chce zrovna on a hlavně aby to bylo výhodné pro něj

Relativně rychlá domluva na profesionální úrovni. Stanovený termín na druhý den, protože se musel sehnat vadný díl. Vše proběhlo k mé spokojenosti. Potřeboval jsem opravit před létem klimatizace u tří kamionů. Cena opravy dodržena. Termín dodržen. Reklamace nebyla nutná. Za naši firmu velké poděkování.

Katastrofa. Pán byl arogantní a nebyl ochoten se podivat na auto. Blikala kontrolka motoru a když jsem pána poprosila, zda by auto nedal alespoň na diagnostiku a řekl, co s nim je, odvětil, že se na to teď dívat nebude, ještě se u toho smál a dělal ze mě debila. Už nikdy víc.
