A science library specialising in specialist literature in chemistry and related sciences. The library provides services to students, researchers and the general public through the chemTK integrated chemistry library housed in the NTK building.
Operation of a library with specialist literature. We conduct research in the history of Czech and European musical culture after 1600, with a focus on music of the 18th-20th centuries. We offer the preparation of a national subject bibliography.
We operate a professional library. We offer books focused on humanities, history, ethnography, encyclopedias, magazines and local history. The study room includes a reference library with topics such as theatre, plays, ceremonies, fairy tales, cookbooks, herbalism, magazines or dictionaries.
We operate a research library. We offer the possibility of borrowing specialist books, studies, journals or expertise from eminent scientists and researchers. We offer the possibility of printing and copying. We can also arrange interlibrary loans or provide expert research.
We offer lending of books, magazines and audio books, internet access, chance to old books, digital piano, help with information search. Our library contains over 15,000 volumes. In addition to our own titles, we borrow books from the City Library.
We operate a library focusing on literature on the history and theory of architecture and art, on social sciences and on conservation issues. We offer publications focused on the conversion of industrial buildings and sites or industrial heritage and archaeology.
