Továrna na peníze. Nedodržují se tu pravidla stanovená zákonem. Sestry bývají hrubé, když si dovolíte se jich na něco zeptat, zaťukat na sesternu, ať jste sebeslušnější. Sestry berou zdá se pacienty i členy rodiny jako jakousi formu nepřátel. Mají své postupy, když chcete něco vědět…
