We operate an information centre. We provide information about train and bus connections, accommodation options and cultural and sports activities in the city and its surroundings. We sell postcards, tourist stamps, business cards and maps and various souvenirs. We offer promotional leaflets. Internet is available.

We provide accommodation for students with a capacity of 123 beds. Catering is provided in the dining hall. We offer a range of interest groups. There is a study room with computers and internet, library, games room, gym, kitchen, lounge with TV, video and DVD.

The guest house offers Wi-Fi, outdoor seating under a gazebo with barbecue facilities. A fully equipped kitchen including appliances is available on each floor. The rooms have a bathroom with toilet. Free parking directly at the guest house on the fenced property under lock and key. For cyclists there is a bike room.
