We practice karate and self-defense. We accept children from 6 to 11 years and from 12 years and older.

We provide sports activities and events for exercisers of all ages. We run hiking, aikido, volleyball, all-rounders and table tennis clubs.

We teach the Korean martial art of self-defense taekwondo itf. The main task is to pass on this martial art to all who are interested in it. We try to pass on the moral principles and ideas that the founder, General Choi Hong-hi, considered important even today.
