I create individual training plans to suit everyone's needs. I specialize in endurance outdoor sports: running, cross-country skiing, rollerblading, cycling, triathlon and downhill skiing. I also offer advice on diet.

Teaching folk crafts and retraining courses Basketmaker and Hand Weaver. Art workshops for children throughout the summer. Accredited folk craft courses (weaving, spinning, linen processing, basketry, stained glass, patchwork, sewing courses).

I offer expert psychological counselling in the areas of social relationships, mental hygiene and health. I provide individual and group psychotherapy, complemented mainly by art therapy and imaginative techniques. I assist in processing challenging issues relating to different stages of life.

Computer training - customized corporate training, public courses, individual instruction, online consultation. MS Word, Excel, Power Point. Preparation of forms, templates and letterheads. Accredited training center, MS certification.

We run a ceramic studio. We teach modelling, glazing, decorating, spinning on the potter's wheel and the basics of working and technological processes. We provide retraining courses in the field. We sell tools, materials and literature for ceramic work.

Accredited centre of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Czech Republic for teaching, training and retraining in the field of self-defence. Our PROFI Defence system, Pencak Silat martial arts, training for the civilian sector, security and armed forces of the IZS, self-defence section for children, youth and adults, team building/recreational shooting.

Accounting for municipalities and POs. Seminars, lecturing and methodological activities in accounting and budget management of municipalities and contributory organizations. We organize courses in accounting for municipalities, basics of accounting for USC and PO, value added tax for municipalities. Seminars on request - Municipalities Act. We operate throughout the Czech Republic.

We support clients with mental illness to live the life of their choice, responsibly towards themselves and others. Our target group is people over the age of 16 who have had a serious mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar affective disorder and others enter their lives. We also support their families.
