The farm has been breeding breeding Scottish Highland Cattle since 2013. The farm also has a small herd of Romney sheep and Angus cattle. We process the meat in our own certified butchery.

We plan our grazing according to the principles of regenerative agriculture and in doing so we are actively involved in improving the diversity of plants and animals on our pastures.
