We create designs for houses, interiors of apartments and other types of buildings. We provide projects from architectural study to implementation project.

We offer architectural and design services and designs for low-energy and passive houses, modern wooden buildings, energy passivation of renovated buildings and advice on energy concepts for buildings. We design and project individual interiors and furniture, we implement vegetated roofs.

We are a young architectural and design office. We design all types of buildings from the study to the implementation project. We have realized buildings mostly in the Pribram region and in the vicinity of Lysá nad Labem, but we are also happy to visit other parts of our country.

I am an authorized architect based in Příbram. I design typologically different buildings from studies, through complete construction documentation to detailed implementation documentation. I have many years of experience in designing energy efficient (passive) houses.

We offer building projects for building permits, building passports, budgets, building implementation, building supervision, real estate. We process architectural studies, complete project documentation for zoning and construction proceedings, implementation projects and itemized budgets in the price databases of ÚRS Prague.
