Massages help relieve musculoskeletal pain. Massages are available for 60/90/120 minutes. We use the Dorn method, trigger points, aromatherapy or lava stones. Manual lymphatic drainage and maderotherapy - technique with rollers also with us. Thanks to fitness and yoga courses we advise how to stretch properly.
