I offer yoga courses, regular classes of Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and Pranayama in Brno and Boskovice. I organize yoga stays. I have been practicing yoga for more than 20 years and teaching yoga for 14 years.

We are a studio focused on healthy movement and yoga. We offer a variety of classes in power yoga, pilates, exercise with a physiotherapist and special classes for seniors and moms.
