I am a 2nd class yoga practitioner focusing on the health aspects of yoga, a practitioner of Dinah Rodriguez Hormonal Yoga Therapy, Mohenjo Yoga for Women, Pregnancy Yoga and Yoni Yoga. I am also a postpartum doula and guide for women on their journey to self.

We practice yoga for our fitness. We practice yoga to eliminate back pain, to improve our proprioception, to remove blockages, to heal the arches of the feet and hands, to establish inner harmony.

My lessons are focused on self-awareness, here and now. Yoga is a lifelong study for me, there is always something to discover in myself.
