We lend books for children and adults and magazines for children, young people and adults. We offer free internet access and colour printing. The library also serves as a playroom, workshop and lounge for young and old. Together we create original gifts, ornaments and toys. There is internet and wi-fi available.

We manage and supplement the collections of regional literature from the Jičín region. We collect and make available documents of a collection nature, documenting cultural and other activities in the region and necessary for the professional work of the museum staff.
