We provide care and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities with associated physical or sensory impairments that promotes the development and retention of acquired mental and physical abilities, skills and habits. We are concerned with the development of independence and self-sufficiency.

We provide outpatient and residential respite services in Pacov and personal assistance. We help people with mental and combined disabilities and seniors. The mission of both services is to enable their users to function well and independently within mainstream society.

The café functions as a training facility for clients of the Vrátka social rehabilitation. Social service workers train them in the work of baristas, teach them to brew coffee, serve, communicate with café guests, work with money and cash register. Clients learn work habits here.

We offer support and assistance to people with intellectual disabilities. We provide social services and create sheltered employment opportunities. We help with household management. We offer educational, recreational, and social therapy activities. We organize cultural events for the public. Maintenance of public green spaces.
