SENIOR centrum Blansko is a contributory organization of the South Moravian Region, which since 2002 provides residential social services for the elderly, namely Home for the elderly and Home with special regime, and newly since 2024 Relief service for people from 18 years with reduced self-sufficiency.

We provide residential social services and nursing care for the elderly. There is a dining room, single to quadruple rooms with private or shared bathrooms, and health and activity care. We provide occupational therapy, reminiscence therapy and activities to promote mental fitness.

We provide comprehensive rehabilitation care for children with DMO of all types and combinations, with neurological diseases having a response on the musculoskeletal system, with orthopedic defects, after injuries and surgeries. We provide rehabilitation treatment stays for children with and without accompaniment, rehabilitation inpatient day and weekly.

Provides outreach nursing services in clients' homes. We provide assistance and support with serving food and drink, dressing and undressing, personal hygiene or household management. We offer mediation of contact with the social environment.

We offer medical stays for children who are obese, repeatedly ill, with respiratory diseases or with reduced immunity. We provide rehabilitation care for children. We also provide school tuition for the duration of the stay. All services are offered for children ages 2 to 18. For younger children, an escort is appropriate.

Seniors are offered accommodation, all-day meals, social support and care, leisure and activation activities or rehabilitation exercises. We provide a year-round, 24-hour residential service to seniors who find themselves in an unfavourable living situation due to their age and health condition.

We operate a nursing home with a capacity of 84 apartments for citizens who need assistance due to health or age. There is a dining room, doctor's office, rehabilitation or laundry facilities. Each apartment has an equipped kitchen, private bathroom and a terrace.

We operate a nursing home with 39 apartments for residents who need assistance due to their health or age. There is a lounge with a library. We organize cultural and social events.
