We offer hospice services to the seriously ill and dying. We support families by providing home hospice care. We provide social counseling services and assistance to terminal cancer patients and people caring for the terminally ill at home.

We operate a home for the elderly, a nursing home and a home with special regime. We provide services to citizens who, due to their age, physical disability or long-term adverse health condition, cannot take care of themselves.

Offering social counselling. We provide assessment of a patient's social situation, writing and submitting applications to nursing homes or residential care homes and arranging follow-up care and services on return from hospital.

Social Services of the City of Jičín is a contributory organization with legal personality. We operate a nursing service, a day-care centre, a home for the elderly, sheltered housing, a dormitory and an asylum.
