The mission of the care service is to provide regular assistance, support and care to the client in cooperation with the family and at the same time to minimize the risk of deepening dependence on the service provided. The support and assistance of the care service is always based on the individual needs of each client.

We provide assistance and support to people in an unfavourable social situation and who have reduced self-sufficiency, mainly due to age, whose situation requires regular assistance from another natural person. We offer services in the field of social care and prevention.

We provide help and support to people with disabilities. We enable adults with intellectual disabilities from the Ústí nad Labem region to live in Děčín in a barrier facility with a small capacity. The support is aimed at developing their skills and increasing their independence.

We provide treatment and care for the sick in a home environment. The service is provided on the recommendation of a GP or by the attending physician during hospitalization. We provide e.g. administration of injections, medicines, checking blood pressure, pulse, glycaemia, treatment of stomas, dressing of tibial ulcers, bedsores.

We operate a day care centre. We provide social services for people with intellectual disabilities, possibly in combination with chronic mental illness from the age of 16. We enable clients to spend their time in an active way according to their individual needs at times when their loved ones cannot attend to them.

We operate sheltered housing that enables adults with intellectual disabilities to live in a mainstream home in an urban development, where we create conditions for them to exercise and develop their life skills.

Residential social service for people with Alzheimer's disease and other types of dementia over 45 years of age with a capacity of 93 beds. The service includes accommodation, meals, nursing, social and direct service care. Single, double and triple rooms are available.
