We offer social and health care in a home environment. We provide care services in more than 80 South Bohemian municipalities. Our aim is to provide clients with maximum help and support in their home environment.

The Home for the Elderly provides a residential social service for persons who, due to age and long-term adverse health conditions, cannot live in their natural environment and need assistance that cannot be provided in any other way.

We provide home hospice care and social services. We help terminally ill patients in the last phase of life and their families during times of illness, death and grief. We provide social and psychological counseling.

Our home care is specialist healthcare provided to patients on the advice of a registering GP. It aims to ensure the maximum range, accessibility, quality and effectiveness of healthcare for patients in their own social environment.
