Offering year round accommodation, meals, basic medical and all nursing care for the elderly. We provide residential, social, nursing and health services on a 24-hour basis to meet the individually determined needs of people who require regular support.

We organize plays, St. Nicholas Day parties, screenings and sessions with actors, readings, concerts, exhibitions, trips to the countryside or Christmas baking. We organize product creation, canister therapy, sports games and competitions, birthday or holiday parties.

Operation of a home for the elderly. There is a dining room or prayer room. We organize joint cultural and sporting activities.

Offering nursing services. We assist with hygiene, managing basic and routine tasks and meal preparation. We facilitate contact with the social environment. We organise cultural and sporting activities.

Providing help and support to adults with learning and combined disabilities who cannot live independently or with support from outreach services. Each home has 2 households designed to accommodate 9 service users who have single and double rooms with en-suite facilities.

The organisation provides residential social services for the elderly in two separate buildings in the Jitřenka Home and the Rudolf Home (Nádražní 431, Opočno). It provides the following services: home for the elderly, home with special regime, respite service.
