We are strictly a women's fitness business. You can work out on our PowerPlate and VacuShape. Our group classes are limited to a maximum of 8 people to ensure that each of you is supervised by a trainer and the exercises are done correctly. Plus, you don't have to commit to a membership with us.

Fitness offers a gym with strength and cardio zone, indoor workouts (H.E.A.T. program, TRX, Move-it, BOSU, Pump, Pilates, Zumba, Piloxing, SM system, Antigravity yoga, Flowin, Indoor cycling, Jumping, Twerk, Belly Bake and more) and wellness with Finnish sauna and original Japanese sauna Ganbanjoku.
