We operate a pulmonary department. We provide acute care to patients with respiratory diseases. We diagnose and treat pleural disease, lung disease caused by external influences, breathlessness and chest discomfort or diagnose cancers of the lungs, bronchi and mediastinum.

The functional examination room is equipped with a spirometer, a bronchoprovocation machine and an ECG machine. We perform pulmonary ventilation or bronchoprovocation tests to detect latent spastic bronchopulmonary syndrome and thus enable the diagnosis of early stages of bronchial asthma.

We perform examination of the airways under local anaesthesia with an optical device that is a flexible bronchoscope, less often a rigid bronchoscope. In indicated cases, the examination is performed under general anaesthesia.

Operation of the pulmonary ambulance. We provide diagnosis and treatment of lung diseases such as acute and chronic inflammatory bronchial disease, asthma, pneumonia and tuberculosis. We provide vaccination against tuberculosis. We perform spirometry, bronchoscopy and thoracoscopy.

We vaccinate children against tuberculosis.
