PJ Bistro focuses on great Brunch, Lunch and Dinner with the theme of Czech and Asian cuisine. We make great coffee and offer refreshing drinks, prosecco, cava and our own amazing lemonade Lemon, Ginger, Raspberry and iced tea.

The restaurant combines folklore traditions with home cooking and dulcimer music. We also offer the rental of beautiful and inspiring spaces for weddings or events. For your events there is a pleasant background, which is located by the folklore garden that surrounds the Hlubočepský Chateau.

We operate a restaurant offering international cuisine. On weekdays we offer food delivery for companies. You can organize a class reunion, a company brunch, a party, a training session or a family celebration or other private event. There is also a lounge for smaller groups of people.

A modern farm bistro in the heart of our farm. We offer great coffee, perfect homemade ice cream or a good slice of bread with one of our homemade spreads. For all the sweet tooths we have a wide range of homemade cakes and pastries.
