I perform moxing, which is the stimulation of acupuncture points using heat, and also cupping, to stimulate points, massage and relieve sore backs.

Offering karate and self-defence tuition at hobby and competitive level.

We offer courses of Chinese Qigong and Taichi exercises with complementary shiatsu therapy. Balanced, physically undemanding activity for all ages aimed at regenerating physical and mental strength. We also provide private instruction, weekend seminars and regular summer retreats with exercise classes.
