Operation of the apprenticeship shop. The pastries arrive on the counter fresh from the oven and often do not even have time to cool down - such is the demand among Frýdlant customers. There is the same interest in meat products. In the butcher's workshop, pupils make school meatloaf, but also other delicacies such as jitrničky, jelítka, tlačenka.

Retail food sales. We offer products of the brands Ferrero, Opavia, Kraft Foods, Hamé, Mlékárna Kunín, Olma, Jemča and others. The assortment includes dairy and meat products, fruits, vegetables, spices, salty and sweet pastries. You can buy alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. We are members of the CBA network.

Hejnice Artisan Bakery: Fresh baked goods daily—high-quality sourdough bread and rye bread. Sweet pastries: cakes, buns, “ještědky,” “švýcarky,” and “šátečky.” Savory pastries: English rolls, crackling rolls, mini pizzas, focaccia, hot meals (meatloaf in a bun, chili meatballs), good coffee, and much more.
