We are a family run winery that carries on the work of our ancestors. We own vineyards in the Mikulov sub-region. We mainly specialize in red wines.

In our winery we produce organic fresh fruit wines from vines from our own vineyards. We will be happy to give you a tour of the vineyards and winery, where we will offer you tastings of our winemaking. If you are interested in the wines, you can buy them directly.

We offer for tasting and for purchase wines from the family winery from our vineyards in Pálava. You can also taste homemade cow and goat cheeses. Possibility of guided tastings, corporate parties or family celebrations.

We love Pálava, we adore Moravian wine and we care especially about quality, so we have only top wines from our smaller winemakers that we can guarantee from the first to the last drop.

Inn Operations.

Jiří Šilinek Winery - we operate a wine cellar with a garden and a children's playground. Tasting of 15 varieties of wine. We offer seating for individuals and groups with a capacity of 25 people plus a garden for 25 people. We offer wine tastings and guided tastings with an oenologist's commentary and small snacks to accompany the wine.
