Since April 1995 the club has been teaching three Japanese martial arts - kendo, iaido (the way of the sword) and judo (the way of the stick). All three arts are suitable for boys/men and girls/women. Kendo can be started from the age of 6, Iaido and/or Jodo can be started from about 10-12.

We offer climbing courses mainly for beginners on artificial walls. We deal with climbing methodology and then test in practice. We provide seat harness and belay equipment hire.

Operation of the movement centre.

I offer Nordic walking lessons, service of Nordic walking poles, sale of poles and accessories. I provide advice on proper Nordic walking technique with poles. I also organize one-day Nordic walking events, which are connected with exploring new places in Bohemia and Moravia. Possibility of individual and group lessons.

We offer group classes Physiopilates, Sm system(SPS), Walking Workout, Fit Belly-hypopressive method.

A human approach, a new view of your body's movement possibilities, a connection to yourself, a strengthening of energy and perception is what I can offer you in the course of working with your body.
