We offer physiopilates and compensatory and conditioning exercises. We train with foam roller, pilates circle, big and small ball, rubber band and bosu.

We operate a spinning centre. There is a sauna, beauty salon, sports bar, massage and parking. We also have a children's and beach volleyball court, a terrace with barbecue, a circuit with a special surface for learning to ride a bike and skate.

We organize yoga retreats. We offer regular Spiral Yoga sessions. We sell exercise equipment. We provide room hire, accommodation, meals. There are rooms for accommodation in two buildings, kitchen, dining room with fireplace, two halls for programs and exercises, tea room and sauna (for 4-6 persons).

We operate an equestrian club. We offer box hire for horses with daily care by grooms, facilities for riders and storage of all equipment for you and your horse. There are paddocks available. We provide riding lessons. We participate in various competitions.
