We offer 3-axis and 5-axis machining, cutting and milling of all non-metallic materials and aluminium (all types of plastic, wood, artificial wood). We produce piece and series semi-finished products and cut-outs of any shape and material. We perform engraving on any product. Demanding cutting of metal sheets for plumbers.

We are a traditional manufacturer of padlocks, cylinders and other security mechanisms. We produce custom castings, mouldings, components, sub-assemblies and complex products from development to packaging. We offer electroplating, powder coating and tooling, especially dies and molds.

We provide turning on CNC lathes, milling on CNC milling machines, multi-axis milling, drilling and cutting, grinding and manufacturing of machine tools. We also perform cylindrical, hole and centerless grinding. We are engaged in custom fabrication of parts and components.

Production of engineering parts.

We manufacture loose and die forging equipment, scrap processing equipment, hydraulic and mechanical press lines, material straightening equipment, inspection and bar straightening lines, bar cutting saws for cutting rolled blanks, stamping tools, ingots, forgings, castings and models.

Design of castings, construction of models and fixtures -CAx. CNC machining of models, moulds, inspection and assembly jigs, piece and small batch production, centrifugal casting of zinc alloy castings into silicone moulds in series from 5 pcs to 50 000 pcs.
