We are strictly a women's fitness business. You can work out on our PowerPlate and VacuShape. Our group classes are limited to a maximum of 8 people to ensure that each of you is supervised by a trainer and the exercises are done correctly. Plus, you don't have to commit to a membership with us.

We offer fitness, spinning, fitboxing, aerobics, yoga, chi - toning and exercise for children. Sale of sports nutrition and squash equipment. Possibility of season tickets and gift vouchers. We rent rackets, balls, towels or bandages for fitbox. There is a café with refreshments.

Our studio focuses on the health of mothers and their children. We offer exercise and nutrition focused classes to help women stay fit and motivated. We are dedicated to yoga as well as developing healthy eating habits to promote the overall well-being of our clients.
