We hold finess classes and pregnancy exercises in a small circle of 3-10 women. We focus on weight loss as well as body shaping. We offer workouts for women of any age. We also deal with exercise after childbirth in the company of children.

GYM4LIFE is a private gym that you can book just for yourself or for up to three people. The aim is to offer a calm and undisturbed environment where you can concentrate on your workout without queues, prying eyes or stress.

We operate a fitness centre. We offer a Power Plate machine, treadmills and TRX. We can provide personal training and set up a training plan. It is possible to purchase single entries or season passes.
