A sports-oriented organization. We provide leisure activities for adults, children, pre-school children, parents and children in the form of regular exercise classes. We also organise seminars, training and competitions.

We organise exercise classes for parents with children, pre-school children, school children, as well as exercise classes for women and volleyball. We participate in athletics competitions, Bear Trail and ball triathlon.

We provide sports activities and events for exercisers of all ages. We run badminton, sailing, judo, bowls and netball clubs. We run volleyball and historical fencing clubs. We offer exercise classes for younger children with their parents, pre-schoolers, older and younger pupils, juniors and adults.
