I am a teacher of yoga, meditation and health exercises for women over 50. I lead individual classes, organize weekend relaxation and therapeutic stays in the Bohemian Paradise or weekly stays in Luhačovice spa and on the thermal island of Ischia. I work as a guide in the field of personal development.

Offering assistance in managing the normal tasks of caring for one's self and household. Provision of meals and assistance with personal hygiene and provision of meals. Provision of educational, training and activation activities. Providing contact with the social environment.

We operate a nursing home with a total of 14 housing units. The service is intended only for seniors living in DPS Loučná Hora, who have reduced self-sufficiency due to age and who need the help of another natural person in the normal provision of their needs.

Offering care services and shelter service. We provide assistance in coping with common self-care tasks and personal hygiene. We provide meals, social counselling and help with running a household. We provide contact with a social mediator.
