I am a teacher of yoga, meditation and health exercises for women over 50. I lead individual classes, organize weekend relaxation and therapeutic stays in the Bohemian Paradise or weekly stays in Luhačovice spa and on the thermal island of Ischia. I work as a guide in the field of personal development.

We offer nursing services and an asylum service. We provide help with common personal care and personal hygiene. We provide meals, social counselling and help with running a household. We provide contact with a social mediator.
