Movement studio Care through Movement - Kateřina Králová, is focused on healthy movement and prevention of movement of different age groups.

We provide exercise for women. We offer the following group classes: cardio, drums, bodyforming, pilates, circuit training, problem areas, total body, yoga, healthy body without pain.

Garage is a sports and community centre in Chrudim. The multifunctional layout of the space allows for dance classes, group and individual exercise, yoga, fitness, children's parties, lectures and other sports and social activities. We are more than just a gym.

We run a day care centre. We provide outpatient care for the elderly, persons with chronic non-infectious diseases and disabilities aged 40 and over. We support the development of personality and self-sufficiency of clients.

We offer health exercises, pilates, power yoga, aerobics, circuit training, spinning. We provide lymphatic and relaxation massages. We create individual training program and healthy menu.

We offer nursing home services for the elderly and disabled. We provide lunch delivery, shopping, routine housekeeping, laundry, ironing and window cleaning. We provide assistance with common self-care tasks, personal hygiene and serving meals.
