State Technical High School provides instruction in four-year courses in electronic information processing, electronic computer systems, and electronic mechanic. Internships in the trades are provided for students.

The State Secondary Industrial School provides training in three-year courses in auto electrician, electrician - power, electrician - low current, locksmith, metalworker, salesman and hairdresser. Students are provided with professional practice.
