We operate a restaurant with a total capacity of 90 seats with the possibility of serving grilled dishes or the possibility of organizing private events. We offer classic Czech cuisine and homemade lemonades. There is a garden for 100 people. The restaurant is open to groups by appointment only.

We are engaged in the production of traditional unpasteurized beer. We use malt produced in our own malting plant and Czech hops. We promote our own yeast. We produce bottled and cask beers. We offer light, cut and dark lager, non-alcoholic light and semi-dark beer or mixed beer drinks.

We offer catering services that you can use for all your social events, parties and celebrations or in your homes and families.

An experiential brewery that offers a variety of beers, both classic lagers and specialty beers, as well as top-fermented beers such as American Ale and Abby Ale and more. We also offer interesting tours of the brewery's operations and weekend custom brewing with accommodation and restaurant options.

The hotel is located in the baroque building of the Abbey of Želiv Monastery. The unique atmosphere of the monastery, founded 870 years ago, has remained even after the extensive renovation of the hotel. We offer rooms of all categories from Economy, Superior or Suit to DeLuxe wedding suites.

In the monastery restaurant we prepare Czech cuisine for you. On our menu you will find typical Czech dishes such as sirloin steak or beef cheeks on black beer. We also offer specialties prepared using our own beer, unusual Czech desserts or delicacies to go with the beer.
