We operate a restaurant focusing on experiential gastronomy. Our specialty is steaks and other Angus beef specialties. We cook with seasonal and local ingredients and also prepare homemade products for sale. We are a member of the Slow Food movement.

At MEMENTO, we treat raw materials with respect and consistency. Each leaf and grain has its own meaning and nothing is wasted. Chef Matteo Crubellati's team uses carefully selected ingredients to create dishes that taste and tell a story of which you are a part.

The restaurant with a lounge and wine bar offers a selection of modern Czech and international dishes under the direction of chef Martin Košt'ál. We provide the possibility to organize corporate events, banquets, training, celebrations and weddings. Over the years, the restaurant has become one of the most highly rated restaurants in the Czech Republic.
