We are a family-owned company with many years of experience in the industry. We mainly deal with the creation of project documentation of family houses, their reconstruction and documentation of smaller buildings (apartments, garages, sheds, etc.).

We provide projects of water, office, sports, residential buildings and swimming pools, regeneration of prefabricated houses with Green Savings Grant. Projects include economic studies, planning permission, SP, implementation projects, subsidy applications, author supervision. We specialize in projects for municipalities and larger companies.

We provide civil engineering, transportation construction, bridges and water management construction. The construction company was founded by the owner Ing. Jiří Svejkovský in October 2016. In our work we draw on more than 25 years of experience in the implementation of civil and civil engineering structures in the Pilsen region.

We provide comprehensive construction delivery from the design phase through securing all permits to the actual implementation of the work.
