The care service is provided to citizens in their natural environment, i.e. in the flats or houses in which they live, if these flats and houses are located in the territory of the town of Větřní and in the flats of the Nursing Homes.

Home Hospice is a not-for-profit religious organization providing care, assistance and support to patients who are in the advanced or terminal stages of illness (called terminal illness) and who wish to receive care in a home setting. We operate a rental service for compensatory aids. We provide counselling.

We operate a home with a special regime for people over 50 years of age. Continuous professional nursing and care services for persons with Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia are provided. We provide individual access, support and assistance.

Provide home nursing services to individual clients. The service allows patients to remain in their home environment until late in life or advanced stages of illness. Clients are assured the highest quality and dignity is maintained.

Providing medical and rehabilitative care in the patient's home environment. Providing health check-ups, administering injectable and non-injectable medications, treating skin defects and providing hydration care. Providing specialist rehabilitation care. Possibility of hiring wheelchairs, walkers, crutches and canes.
